John is the founding partner of the Edelmann Love Group and of Edelmann Love Properties Inc. John is recognized within the elite top 1% status for sales within Coldwell Banker and for good reason. John is a native New Yorker was born in Manhattan and moved to Washington DC some twenty years ago and proudly calls this area his home. John currently lives in Arlington, is the president of the homeowner's association where he lives, loves theater, sports and cooking. Best of all he calls many of his clients' friends.

Jeff is the co-founder of the Edelmannn Love Group and of Edelmann Love Properties Inc. Jeff brings a long history in the mortgage business and much management experience to the team. He brings integrity, experience and an honesty that is rare in the field. He truly listens to his clients and goes the extra mile to satisfy them. Jeff, having been in the mortgage business for so many years has a keen understanding of the financial end of the transaction and is invaluable to our clients. In 1991 she began working with Weichert Realtors and in 2000 Carol started Simmons Realty Group establishing a very successful brokerage.
