John is the founding partner of the Edelmannn Love Group and of Edelmann Love Properties Inc. John is recognized within the elite top 1% status for within Coldwell Banker and for good reason. John is a native New Yorker was born in Manhattan and moved to Washington DC some twenty years ago and proudly calls this area his home. "We are one of the greatest metropolitan areas in the nation and certainly one of the nicest places to live in the world. We have a truly global population and environment, it is energizing!" John currently lives in Arlington, loves theater, sports and cooking. Best of all he calls many of his clients' friends.

Jeff is the co-founder of the Edelmannn Love Group and of Edelmann Love Properties Inc. Jeff brings a long history in the mortgage business and much management experience to the team. He brings integrity, experience and an honesty that is rare in the field. He truly listens to his clients and goes the extra mile to satisfy them. Jeff, having been in the mortgage business for so many years has a keen understanding of the financial end of the transaction and is invaluable to our clients. Our clients have a comfort level with the buying process that few will find anywhere. Jeff is part of our stellar team and you can always rely on him.

Jeff is a North Carolinian and was born in Charlotte and moved to Washington twenty years ago and proudly calls this home as well. This is one of the most exciting cities in the world! Jeff lived on Capitol Hill for many years and now calls Arlington his home. He loves football, movies, the beach and to travel.

Ben Dursch, REALTOR®

Ben is a residential real estate professional licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. A native of Maryland, Ben relocated to the Washington area from New York where he worked in promotions-marketing for Nickelodeon and internet technology for MTV Networks.

Ben studied anthropology and comparative religion as an undergraduate at Boston University. In New York, Ben studied graphic design and advertising at The School of Visual Arts. A firm believer in public service, Ben has also devoted his time to non-profit groups including The Advertising Club of New York where, as a pro bono account executive, he managed promotional and advertising campaigns for non-profit organizations.

A lifelong athlete and outdoors enthusiast Ben has always loved the metropolitan area's extensive system of parks and trails. When not working on behalf of his clients he trains in amateur boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and can usually be found in the gym or hiking Great Falls Park.
